Glucosamine is sourced naturally from shellfish that have been carefully selected for their freshness. In addition to providing sustenance and its nutritive value, Sona Glucosamine provides a major structural component within joint tissue. Glucosamine is the starting point of the synthesis of several important macromolecules, which are typically found in the synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and muscles.

How to use this product

Adults: Take TWO-THREE capsules daily with the main meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
