How to use this product

Children 1-6 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon) Children 7-12 years: 10ml daily (2 teaspoons) Winter dose: Children 1-6 years: 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) twice daily Children 7-12 years: 10-15ml (2-3 teaspoons) twice daily
