Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not give to children under 12 years.
For oral use.
Dilute the contents of one sachet in a mug of hot water, do not boil the water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or usual sweetener.
How much to take: Adults and children 12 and over: 1 sachet every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 sachets in 24 hours.
CONTAINS PARACETAMOL. Do not take with any other paracetamol containing products.
Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
Take special care with Lemsip Cold & Flu Hot Lemon:
- if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product
- if you have phenylketonuria, this product contains a source of phenylalanine
- if you have impaired liver or kidney function
- if you are taking other drugs that affect the liver.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Paracetamol is proven to be safe for short term use during pregnancy. However, as with all medicines, caution should be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Care should also be taken if taking paracetamol with other medicines
Prolonged use, except under medical supervision can be harmful. If symptoms persist contact your doctor or pharmacist. Only take when necessary.
